Email us and say what you bought. Monthly and yearly plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee; the full policy is in our Terms. You can cancel a recurring plan yourself at any time from Billing & Plan.
Something is broken
Tell us the page you were on and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help. If a PDF exported wrong, send the file — that is usually faster than describing it.
Your data
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we will respond within 30 days. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we store and who processes it.
